Premium beans brought to excellence by Alexander Stavridis's signature roast. Each Aurèl release yields up to 1,200 numbered bags — the widest allocation in the house, and the beginning of what most people will consider the finest coffee they have ever tasted.

Exceptional beans selected at a higher threshold — made superb under Alexander's hand. Vermé batches yield no more than 600 bags. For those who already know the difference between excellent and extraordinary.

Rare

Small batches of the world's finest beans — or a precisely composed blend of the very best Alexander has ever held in his hands. No more than 300 bags. This is not the finest coffee you will find at Maison Orïme. It is the finest coffee you will ever taste.
